You build up a network of professional contractors - or you use the existing network from the franchisor or other franchisees. We will help you to develop this network.
Business Management
You inspect damaged properties and produce a quotation for the required services using our quotation system. You are in contact with the property owners from inspection to finish assuring that the highest level of quality is provided in cleaning and restoring the property.
Sales Management
You must have a genuine motivation to help people to get their home / property back. You must stay in regular contact with any individual who is involved in our industry, reminding them of our services and communicating any company news.

About The Franchisor
The primary force behind the company is Julian Bienert, who is well known in the industry due to his significant expertise and over 10 years experience in the disaster restoration business.
Julian Bienert, founder of Recopro, started his first industry experience working for several of the largest restoration companies in the world, first in France 2002, then in Ireland from 2003. In 2004, Julian set up his first restoration business. Following a re-brand, Recopro was launched 2010 and became a member of the Irish Franchise Association in 2011.

The cost are: Training cost and a yearly licence. Once you have reached a specified turnover, we will charge a percentage of the net invoiced service for marketing, support and IT. This amount is only due once you have received payment.
